Started my hearing aid journey nearly four years ago. Amazing support and expertise got me through the whole process. I'd like to think I had more concerns than the average client but Dr. Battat and Brandi were extremely patient with me, and explained every scenario and solution. Now it is like visiting friends every time I stop in to see Dr. Battat, Brandi and Matt. Top quality professionals who show they really care about you!
I have been using Dr Battat as my audiologist for a number of year and I'm completely satisfied with her practice. She keeps her appointments on schedule and I never have to wait when I arrive at her office. Her expertise, professionalism and cheery disposition make her a pleasure to have as my doctor.

What a relief to hear fully again! I have had on & off ear wax issues, but out of the blue, my left ear plugged up, causing much discomfort, ringing and lack of balance on top of the muffled hearing. Within a week, I had an appointment to Oracle Hearing Center. Yasmin Battat and her staff welcomed me in like they knew me for years, gave me the lowdown in a very informative way without being condescending, and skillfully cleared my ear canals in a timely manner. And to top it off, Ms. Battat gave me instructions on how to avoid coming back by taking care of my ears properly... who does that? Of course, Oracle will be there should I need them again with their authentic service. 👏
This was my first time going to an audiologist. I had been googling my symptoms and issues and have been quite distressed about it. Dr. Yasmin Battat was amazing. Upon meeting her for the first time, I immediately sensed her warmth, care and respect. She asked me questions to begin and was a great listener. She gave me appropriate tests and explained everything to me as to why they were needed and what they would tell us. All was discussed afterwards and she explained her findings and the next steps. She really cared and showed interest on how I felt about everything which really relieved me. I was able to get a 2nd appointment the following week. I have great respect for her abilities and professionalism. Super highly recommend!!!!!!
Commending this company for reaching out to me - I meant a bad review for Oricle hearing aids not oracle hearing center- I wish Google did not match them when searching for that! So sorry, I have deleted my previous and apologize to a company that clearly cares about their customers and reputation.
Oracle hearing is fantastic! Dr. Battat and her staff are excellent. I’ve seen a number of audiologists over the years and they’re the best ones. They’re very knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful. I wish I had found them earlier.
Yasmin did a great job and it was such a relief to have my ears cleared, I plan on going back every 6 months and let her work her magic.

Came in for an ear cleaning after seeing them on Instagram and I thought I might have pretty clean ears but I was wrong. With one full swoop of a what seemed like a shower for your ears I was unplugged and hearing clearer. I think I now can even hear in 4k color, its a must do! Highly recommend! 👌
I have been a patient of The Oracle Hearing Center for about 2 years. The entire staff is super friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Battat is always patient and caring and I never feel rushed. I would not go anywhere else. Its truly a team effort when you walk in the door.
I *LOVE* Dr. Yasmin and her staff! She is highly knowledgeable and she and her staff make you feel at home. The first time I came it had been two years since my ears had been flushed from excess wax so it took a little time to clear it. Now that I'm on a six-month schedule, removing the wax takes under 10 minutes! The flushing water is nice and warm - it feels like you are getting a massage. I love it! A friend recommended Dr. Yasmin to me - my only regret is that I wish I had heard about her years and years ago. I highly, highly recommend her for ear wax removal.
Dr. Battat treated me in 2017, testing my hearing and assisting with my first pair of hearing aids. Dr. Battat made me feel well cared for, so I sought her out five years later when my hearing aid wire had broken. I got a quick appointment and Dr. Battat fixed my hearing aid on the spot! Dr. Battat is like a trusted friend, taking time to listen to concerns, providing thorough care with innovative technologies.

Dr. Battat was very thorough and explaining to my mother how bad her hearing loss was. She showed us the normal ranges as well as the ranges that people fall into with moderate to severe hearing loss. And recommended the appropriate hearing aids. Would highly recommend this practice as they are very thorough and analyzing the patient's needs.

This was my first visit with Dr. Battat for a consultation. Dr. Battat and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have tinnitus and hearing loss. Dr. Battat tested my hearing with the most up to date equipment. She took the time and explained what tinnitus is to my wife and myself. I have hearing aids from another provider. After all the testing, Dr. Battat compared my hearing aids to what normal audio levels should be on a monitor. The levels on my hearing aids were set very high! While Dr. Battat was reprogramming my hearing aids, we were able to watch the adjustments on the monitor that she was making to bring the levels down to normal!! After the reprogramming, my hearing is so much better! Dr. Battat is now my new “go to” for my hearing needs!

I went to four different audiologists and tried two different brands of hearing aids. What a relief to feel at last that I am in good hands with Dr. Battat!
This is a terrible company. They did not pack the tips and brush in my product. After two weeks of them requiring photos, serial number and more photos I was required to send the entire package back to them at my expense. When I said I was tired of messing with them and wanted my money back they charged me additional processing fees and anything else they could think of. Not only am I out time and money, I don’t have anything to show for it. Instead of a simple solution, they pushed it to the point of complete dissatisfaction! Customer Service is terrible. Don’t plan on getting everything you paid for or any cooperation from them.
oricle hearing aids. biggest scam going.I ordered a set of 2.0 pro and the right side shuts down after about 1 hour. Letf side works fine.thier solution was to have me buy adifferent style at double the price. All I wanted was them to send me a replacement for the defective right ear hearing aid. So there solusion was to have me ship them back at my expanse. Than they would credit me back my money minus there handling fees. What a backward run company. They also tried charging me for many more orders. Had to call my criedcard and claim them as invoice fraud.
NEVER buy anything from this company.

I was fully informed in advance of the necessary items I needed to bring and the terms of the examination. I was reminded appropriately of the time etc of the appointment. I was helped with the pre visit forms very kindly, and greeted by friendly and pleasant people. This helps a lot!
Dr. Battat is open friendly professional informed and easy to understand. She is very thorough and very determined to find every way to help me because my hearing has deteriorated much too quickly in the past months.
She has suggested over medical avenues to pursue to be sure there is no underlying cause and she makes everything clear.
My impression is that she it totally committed to improving people’s lifestyle by helping them to be active, social, informed,entertained and happy! A few days before my appointment the practice mailed out a publication covering the various issues deafness can cause and my husband and I reviewed them and realized that they touched on so many of the situations in which we find ourselves.
As always, with hearing issues, the cost of remedying these situations which can lead to depression, accidents that happen when certain sounds go unheard, miscommunication with family, friends and in phone conversations and others is out of line.
And this is NOTHING to do with Dr Battatt but is entirely the way our health care coverage looked at sight and hearing when Medicare was first created. That the remedies for my hearing loss are almost impossible to afford for many is just wrong. She understands, and wants to help, but there is just so much one person can do
I am wearing the trial hearing aids for a week and will meet with Dr Battatt again to discuss things from there.
Best experience ever. Not even The doctors at my local hospitals helped me in unclogging my ears. They said I had nothing in my ear and to see a throat and ear specialist. I recommend anyone and everyone to get eat wax removal procedure done with Oracle. The staff was amazing. Thank you

First, Dr. Battat is extraordinarily attentive and considered all my questions and concerns before offering a series of possible alternatives. Each alternative was presented in a knowledgeable, competent way and patiently addressed the pros and cons of each option.
Similarly her staff provided highly interactive and competent support. Quite a comforting service.
From a practical point of view I was quite impressed by the detailed documentation of all my previous visits and how that data related to the current examination.

I have been a patient at Oracle Hearing Center since 2021 when I first acquired a bilateral sensori neural hearing loss. She is an amazing audiologist . Aside from being very knowledgeable and professional she is very caring and always willing to go the extra mile to help her patients.
My first visit to an Audiologist (67 year old) and I was impressed. Yasmin was easy to talk with, had answers to my questions, and made me feel at ease all during my visits and tests. Our discussion once my hearing status was known led to a weeks worth of a hearing aid trial which, had given me much confidence of my "hearing direction". I was quite pleased with my two visits with Yasmin and looking forward to her services over time, relating to my hearing quality and keeping it as good as possible .

Really dear reader, this is the solution to wax deafness. I was able to see the chamber of a large wax plug that is stuck with my eardrum and I was not an easy case. The patience and treatment was almost familiar and it felt like a major surgery (it really was) I do recommend this place and feel very fortunate to have gone to Orancle. Wonderful job by Yasmine and team. They fixed my ear clog issue quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the office as well. Comfortable and pleasant waiting room. Also was impressed with the equipment on site which seemed state of the art . Definitely a keeper for any future hearing issues

Drove about 45 mins because i heard great things. My husband and I both got our ears cleaned. We came manily because my husband was feeling some discomfort. Yasmin discovered a plug in his ear causing that discomfot he felt. She was able to clean out his ear and leaving him feel relieved. Thank you so much Oracle team !
I had a clogged left ear for 2 weeks and went to the ER at first but they didnt get rid of all what was inside. I then decided it was time to go to a ear especialist and went on social media to find one. Finally, I found Dr. Yasmin Battat and made an appointment online it was easy. The ear was removal was a quick and easy process. I can finally hear clearly again! Thank you so much Dr.Battat definetly recommend her! 😊

Had a major blockage and infection that was causing hearing loss, trips to urgent care didn’t get the job done so I found Oracle. Can’t say enough about how great the staff there is and how quickly they cleared my ear with the specialized equipment they have at the office. I met with Dr. Battat at Oracle Hearing Center for a hearing test on 12/30/24 to determine the level of my hearing loss. Dr. Battat and her staff Laura and Brandi were very professional. My appointment was very thorough and involved Real Ear Measurement using the latest technology to produce an audiogram that shows the results of the hearing test Dr. Battat performed. We then had a discussion regarding the results where she explained and showed my hearing loss on the audiogram and after she asked many questions about my lifestyle and the hearing issues I face every day, she was able to narrow down my hearing aid choices that would resolve my issues. I will be meeting with Dr Battat several times in the next 4-6 weeks so the hearing aids can be fine tuned. I am very happy with Dr. Battat's services and feel confident moving forward that I have a professional to deal with my hearing care.
Watch out for hidden fees! They say “free shipping”, yet charge you. They say “hassle free return policy,” yet charge you a restocking fee if you must return the item! Customer service puts you through agony before you get a refund!

The hearing aid was so big it would not come close to fitting in my ear. I returned the item and costumer service said I would only get $81 refunded I paid $191. I also had to pay for return shipping. Do not buy
